We at Peak Dental are committed to providing you with the best possible dental care. Our primary goal is to ensure that the cost of treatment doesn’t prevent you from benefiting from the quality care you need or desire. We accept an array of payment methods and offer third-party financing for out-of-pocket costs.
Payment is due at the time service is provided. Our office accepts cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. We offer a 10% discount for payment in full if we will not be billing any insurance for you. We also have outside financing available through Care Credit and we will gladly assist you with the application.
We are happy to submit insurance claims necessary to see that you receive your benefits. As a courtesy, we will provide an insurance coverage estimate for you; however, it is not a guarantee that your insurance will pay exactly as estimated. Insurance coverage is subject to limitations, exclusions, waiting periods, frequency, age restriction, deductibles and maximums which are your responsibility. We will do all we can to ensure your estimate is as accurate as possible.
All charges you incur are your responsibility, regardless of your insurance coverage. We must emphasize that as your dental care provider, our relationship is with you, our patient, not with your insurance company.
