This treatment forgoes the large removal of tooth structure such as seen in crowns or veneers. ABC treatment is often done with no anesthetic needed. The Align portion involves using removable aligners to straighten the front teeth. Then, as you are going through this process, you can use brightening gel to whiten your teeth at the same time. When this portion of the treatment is complete, the patient and the doctor will evaluate the smile to see if any minor Contouring is needed to put the finishing touches for a perfect smile.
